Do not use Empire CLS for last minute rides! We were only notified by customer service representative Tanisha Bryant of their cancellation policy AFTER booking a ride with them. This information was not made clear to us at the time of booking and came to fruition when the deadline had passed. We were charged for an outlandish rate. It's a shame because we have been customers for many years but Tanisha and Empire exhibit no regard for customer retention or loyalty.
EmpireCLS made our travel experience so simple and enjoyable! Both drivers were friendly and accommodating. The cars were impeccably clean and perfectly on time. We came home right after a major snowstorm and they made it so much easier than if we had parked in the airport garage or a long-term parking lot. We will absolutely be using EmpireCLS for our next trip!
