I presented this business with a Trakka Mercedes that had a mysterious light bar on the bullbar, that had a lead that seemingly was not connected to the dash and was just not working. After much time with searching for the connection it was found to be connected to the dash, but where was the switch in vehicle to turn on and off. Extremely professional and caring. I had an unrelated electrical fault after a night shift a couple days before my actual booking. I was able to at least get the car towed there despite very limited space and it being a couple days before I was scheduled to show up. Car was promptly diagnosed. Jacob was super helpful assisting me source required replacement parts for the electrical fault. Even took the time to complete the work I had originally booked in. Thanks guys :)
I recently had a job completed by Empire Wiring and Automotive for a solar and power system to a roof top tent and was extremely happy with the job. This installer of the roof top tent lost parts and installed the tent incorrectly. Empire Wiring fixed all of these issues and did an extremely professional job, completing tasks that were not theres to fix! Communication and problem solving from there side was exceptional! I would highly recommend the team there!
