Engaged Empire for customised roller blinds. Great products and great services by the friendly staffs. Hilly who installed the blinds was superb from end to end and did a clean job.
No issues with the quality of installation. However, the sales rep issued an incorrect quote, with wrong coloured curtains, which I accepted. Acknowledging that it was my mistake too, I requested assistance with purchasing different coloured curtains, I was happy to pick them up from warehouse and install, so I could save on installation costs. EWF never got back to me. Definitely wasn’t great customer service experience.
