I pulled up to the store and the owners son was texting his boyfriend, no other customers around. The boy acted like I was bothering him to get a cylinder exchanged, so he doubled the price on me. Total attitude from a 20 year old punk. Now he has no customer, cause I will drive to Lake Elsinore to shop at Action welding supply. Empire may be the only welding supply store in San Jacinto, but I will drive 60 miles to get better service & price.
This shop was great untill you want to return a product and they take the tax off when you pay for it and then charge u a 30% restocking fee. Then if you argue that they cant do that beacuse it is not stated on the reciept they want you all you names they want by the owners son and the owner. I never been so disrespected in my life. Never buy anything from this shop because u never get what u paid back.
