Pete & Nash in the Service Dept were awesome! Not only were they extremely, professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable, but Nash in particular was able to solve my issues within 15 minutes without it being necessary for me to leave my car for a full in-house service! Will be back for regular service! Thanks guys!
I had recently scheduled an appointment to bring my daughter's 2024 XC40 B5 in for the scheduled service and software update. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we needed to change that appointment, and was hoping to just make it for the next day. In attempting to do so, I went to the dealer's website, but it showed no available appointments for the next day, only the day thereafter which did not work for us.
