From contacting the dealer , talking to the service personnel , and everyone involved , my wife and I are very happy with everything they have done and how it was explained. Empire Volvo service tech Nash took the time to explain everything needed , time expected, and loaner car when we needed it. All in all a great experience

Empire Volvo Service Center maintains amd meets the needs of its customers. Excellent customer service with skilled quality service technicians (Nash). Recently I was having an issue with Volvo's car app and he took the time to see me and trouble shoot. It took all of 5 minutes to solve but just the mere fact they took time was thoughtful.
