I came in a Visionworks as a walk-in today, because my lenses were not right (that I picked up just a few days ago). So I had go back in to re-order and this time the customer service rep was Fred, who was patient and explained everything clearly and even drew a diagram to help me really understand. Initially none of this was explained to me during my appointment two weeks ago when I ordered my first lenses. I appreciate the time Fred took to help me as a first time glasses wearer.
Very good place friendly staff only issue was sitting in the waiting room for over an hour pass my appointment time to be seen.
This facility runs smoothly. I didn't have to wait long before I was assigned to work with an optician. That optician was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. He listened to my needs and helped me make decisions and options that benefited me.
