After waiting 30 min. on the phone to make an appointment. I gave up and went to the Auburn store. I commented about the lack of response on the phone, she stated, I'm busy talking to people like you. I tried to make an appointment, she stated the system is down. Stuck the glasses in my face and told me you can take them now. No fitting necessary. What a joke.
