My wife and I both had appointmens today. I will admit we were late. So I rescheduled my appointment..no issue there. It had been my fault. The problem was the one gentleman made a rude comment about our fidelis coverage...saying he could tell we were on it from a mile away. I will not be coming back here!.
Worst costumer service I ever experienced, the employee I dealt with was extremely rude and the manager didn't even handle the situation. I felt like nobody even cared to help me to the extent they should, after all, this is my vision and an very expensive purchase. Never going back there again.
