Had an appt at 130. Today I walked in at 140. I explained to the receptionist that I 10 min late. By the time I told her this it was 141. She stated that they have a 10 late policy and I would have to reschedule. Who knows when I'll be able to, it's ridiculous that 30 seconds made me ineligible for my exam

Great place with friendly workers very helpful and a huge selection on glasses
After three visits to your store and one damaged & replaced frames they told me I was not in theie swstem & didn't get my glasses there! Store in Wilton NY V ery disapointed! Not sure of your rating scale, but every item was very disappointing!
Wait time is beyond terrible. It's summer I can't imagine back to school time
