I just was in the store for 2 hrs and 40 mins with no apology or anything. They never told me there was that long of a wait or that they were even running behind when I got there. If it wasn’t a day off of work for me I would’ve left. No compensation or anything. I hate when I am treated like my time is not as precious as someone else’s. Will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
I had an issue with my glasses and after waiting 45 minutes for the tech. I was told the they didn’t have a solution but they could sell me a different type of lens which of course they no longer use but did 2 years ago. Then I had to hear the tech explain there was another person who had been waiting for hours to be seen and he should have been next not me. She very frustrated and wasn’t really looking to assist. I even asked the check in lady if I should make an appointment. Never again.
Recently, my daughter showed up to her appointment after receiving several text and confirming. Upon showing up, she was told her appointment was cancelled because one of the Doctor’s quit. They said they called and left a message but we checked all our phones and caller id! No calls and no voice messages. The staff and especially the office manager were extremely rude about the whole situation making a bad situation worse. We will not be returning! Hello lenscrafters!!
RecommendedI have been coming to Visionworks before they added the works and have always had a great experience. I love the Fairmount location but there is excellent service no matter which one you go to.
Get you some specs ya heard. This is the place to go. Go see Curtis. He will make you feel all warm and fuzzy.
The front staff are rude. Now the eye doctor and the lady that checks your glasses was nice and professional .
