You can get an appointment but you can never get a hold of them after and they NEVER answer their phones. Incredibly frustrating!!!
You can’t get a copy of your prescription and they can never be reached after the appointment.
Never, ever will I go here or attempt to again. The computer system messed up my appt and the staff were not at all accommodating. IN fact, they are probably the rudest employees I have come across. I sat and waited, the female doctor made no attempt to help me or apologize. The female staff was rude. Please do NOT get your eyes examined here. I was charged for a dilation procedure on their Optos machine. Andrew Gutmaker, the supposed physician could not read the film properly and clearly did not know how to operate it. He could not interpret areas on the film...put me in a stressful position right before traveling and flying, not knowing whether I had a serious issue with my retinas or not and he clearly did not care. RecommendedGot a great deal on 2 pairs of glasses and contacts. Had a very competent eye exam and very friendly staff, especially Raina. Excellent selection of frames, quick turnaround. Nice job!
