HORRIBLE SERVICE LEAVE WAITING FOR EVER ON PHONE. VERY RUDE. ANSWER TO WHY NO OR ORDER AS OF YET RESPONSE: THAT IS JUST THEY WAY IT IS. ALSO NOT PART OF THE PROGRAM????? TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR AN ORDER NOW 2-7-2023 AND STILL NO LENSES,10 DAY OF LENSES TO GET THROUGH THE DELAY MANUFACTURED BY THEM. NO CALL BACK WILL NOT GIVE ANOTHER
horrible service. they never answer their phone. gave my daughter an exam for contact lenses, yet won't give her the contacts because they have no one on staff to show her to use them. won't give me the prescription to take elsewhere, so not I'm stuck waiting because I've already paid for and used insurance for her exam. btw, her exam was in June and it's now the end of August. go anywhere else.

Was with my sister who was getting glasses. I like Vision works but the girl that took care of her tried to persuade her that she didn’t want the glasses that she had picked out. Not very professional of her, she did get the glasses she wanted but not before the girl had to show her several other pairs.
Consistently terrible service and mistakes time and time again.
Brought my 10 year old daughter for her first exam. Absolutely terrible experience and I was already a customer there (use to be). My daughter was nervous but the staff had no time for that. We wound up in the exam room and Dr Dunn could only take 15 seconds before telling us he isn’t going to be able to do this if she doesn’t calm down (this guy must have a rough life if he can’t talk his way through a simple exam for a 10 year old who is just nervous- pathetic). OMG!! What a difference a year makes. Mark has turned this location's customer service around. Best service all three times we were there, exam, glasses pick up & contact recheck. Before you would wait forever to do anything. This time in and out each time quick! The customer service was amazing! Everyone was personal and professional. If you had a bad experience here before give them another try....... You'll be impressed I promise.
SO disappointed in the customer service I received today. I've been a customer since Empire Vision opened and continued with Vision works. THE MOST RUDE nasty representative and so lazy. It was an effort for her to look at my records. I walked out. SO many more high end quality service competitors to get my business. What a turn off!
Rude! Always try and blame the customer for their mistakes!!!!!
