5 stars- I realized I didn’t any contacts for my upcoming vacation. I called thinking I was out of luck and the manager got me in for an eye exam the next day! My apt was super quick, and my contacts are showing up right at my front door! Best service, hands down!
I made an appointment which was 6weeks out, I showed up for the appointment and they told me they had cancelled it, and no I was not informed. So, I made another appointment but this time I called the day of my new appointment to confirm and again they said they had cancelled it and again I was not informed. I will never call them again for anything.
No one working there and they are rude it took 3weeks to get my glasses
Normally we don't have any problems, but today omg, they only had 2 people working! 2 people & 1 Dr! Wtf we waited over an HOUR for our glasses & all we were doing was picking them up! Completely ridiculous
try to call them , no answer. tried the 800 # and the guy said that was only number for store. (I don't believe That) Asked for email, they have none. Asked if they could check on my order , give me a call back .. he was very reluctant. next time I am going somewhere else.
Little wait and they were not good about the follow up. When glasses came in - no phone call. I knew I had to contact. But not happy that they don't keep up on things that come in. Friendly
