Woman who runs the place is always gruff and never has enough staff. Went in on Sat. Jan 9th to have screws tightened on my glasses but was told I would have to wait at least 10min. There was one other woman there but I guess she was just a receptionist and could not help me. Why in the hell is only one customer service person working on a Saturday? I know a lot of people love this place but I do not even though I do love my glasses. In terms of proper customer service this store is woeful.
