HIPPA & State Law Violations. Poor customer service. Poor supervision. Not patient centric. I reported two complaints (1/11/23 & 1/12/23), via the corporate customer service line, to the customer service representatives and both times I was told I would receive a call from the regional manager within 48-hours. RecommendedThe staff is very very friendly and professional.
They worked hard to try and get a 53 yr. old guy my first contacts. Multiple trial pairs. Multiple rechecks of how I was doing and so much more. They were able find something that fixed almost all of my sight issues. I will still need readers though. Christina in the contact lens area was fantastic. She was patient in trying to teach me how to put contacts in and take out of eyes. I wasn’t easy but not the worst. Thank you Christina and Dr. Shulman for all of you help.
just went to see about getting some new glasses and the staff was very helpful and nice they took there time with me and answered all my questions have to wait 10 days for my new glasses can't wait.
There is no better operation than this Visionworks location! Our family of 5 have used the Titus location for 20 years and have always loved going. We moved to Philly and made the mistake of going to a Visionworks there and it was a hot mess. We came back to Rochester for the holidays and decided to see if the Titus store could adjust our prescriptions. Josh, Joanne and the staff were phenomenal! They took so much time with us and corrected all of the wrongs from the Philly store. It truly felt like we were "home" again! We ... read more
VERY rude staff. I can't say anything about the service because as soon as I walked in it was as though I was a bother. Empty store so it wasn't because they were busy. I was going to make an appointment, but just walked out in disgust.
