these people suck! have messed up a pair of glasses twice in 1 year apparently they don't know how to do a prescription pair of glasses

Order contacts thru here and glasses, I said out of pocket $300 and I quite sure they pulled more than that in from my insurance company. They refuse to give me my contacts that I ordered because I have to set an appointment to pick them up. I have worn contacts for nearly 30 years. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Waited an hour for an appointment with a rude doctor who was rough and unhelpful. Go somewhere else.
Waited for 2 hours until I got to talk to someone to fit the prescription to the frames. And to top it off, who I assume was the doctor was rude.
