I had multiple frames picked out and then the one lady ( wish I got her name) helped me narrowed it down. so very helpful. Super friendly staff and clean environment. I also liked the eye doctor I saw.
I’ve been going here every since I came back to Rome. I love the staff there. I’ve never had any problems with them and they have a great selection of glasses

I brought my mom here for an eye exam and when my brother and sister came in to help pick out her frames the woman at the front desk and woman that was SUPPOSED to be helping her were talking bad about us and the amount of people who were with her and gave my mom an attitude. The service here sucks! The visionworks in Oswego is so much better!
