We stopped here for a full-service oil change and an RWC on our campervan while traveling up the east coast. The inspection was very thorough, and they came up with a long list of things that needed fixing before we’d get a rwc. Their repair quotes seemed quite high, which is why we got another mechanic to look at it to then tell us the two things that actually needed fixing while offering significantly cheaper rates, so we had the repairs done there instead and got the RWC.
I highly recommend these blokes they went over and beyond for me and I can’t thank them enough. I had recently moved here and it’s great to know that these guys are here excellent customer service and a very fulfilling experience. Thanks fellas 👍
These mechanics habe kept my 2007 Lancer going for the 6 years I've been in Townsville. They have been very open honest and helpful
This is the WORST mechanic shop I have ever gone to. In short, they didn't look at the part that was the issue like I told them and tried to gaslight me, had to beg them to actually look at the issue, I was given attitude as if I was inconviniencing them and wasting their time, when they finally did what I asked them to from the beginning they admitted that I was right the whole time and therefore created unnecessary delays. Was recommended to see EVS by another workshop after developing some rather "interesting" issues with my Territory - so glad I did. :) But then I knew I was in the right place when the first thing I saw when entering their office was a dog. :) Cannot fault these guys; very happy, highly recommended.
