This is the WORST mechanic shop I have ever gone to. In short, they didn't look at the part that was the issue like I told them and tried to gaslight me, had to beg them to actually look at the issue, I was given attitude as if I was inconviniencing them and wasting their time, when they finally did what I asked them to from the beginning they admitted that I was right the whole time and therefore created unnecessary delays. Was recommended to see EVS by another workshop after developing some rather "interesting" issues with my Territory - so glad I did. :) But then I knew I was in the right place when the first thing I saw when entering their office was a dog. :) Cannot fault these guys; very happy, highly recommended.
Perfect service
After seeing the reviews on here I was really hopeful, we’re travelling the east coast of Aus and they were able to fit our van in within the next day. We had a coolant leak and after a pressure test we were given a $585 quote to fix the hose and clamps that had broken. It had to be kept overnight to get a new part which was fine, we waited until the next day.
