Worst service ever! Had to bring my Ute back to have extra work done due to no one looking over the car like instructed. Have double charged for fluid changes. We put two cars through them and they are now both worse then when I went in. My service light is still on in our brand new bt 50!! Tried to get them to come out and turn it off and was told they would then when organising was told they were busy. Pls avoid at all costs. I needed my car AC fixed. The boys did a wonderful job fitting me in and doing the work. I would recommend Empire to anyone looking for a quality job.

We stopped here for a full-service oil change and an RWC on our campervan while traveling up the east coast. The inspection was very thorough, and they came up with a long list of things that needed fixing before we’d get a rwc. Their repair quotes seemed quite high, which is why we got another mechanic to look at it to then tell us the two things that actually needed fixing while offering significantly cheaper rates, so we had the repairs done there instead and got the RWC.
I highly recommend these blokes they went over and beyond for me and I can’t thank them enough. I had recently moved here and it’s great to know that these guys are here excellent customer service and a very fulfilling experience. Thanks fellas 👍
