They were prompt, courteous & did an excellent job removing all stains (except 2 colored ones our kiddo did in her creative pursuits). And the job was reasonably priced. So glad we called them coz the carpet needed major cleaning! Highly recommend Empire Upholstery & Carpet Cleaning Experts!!
First time I had to get my carpets cleaned and was worried it would be expensive. But this company gave me a reasonable price and their schedule was really flexible. I was able to quickly set up a date and they got it done super quickly! My carpets look so much better now. Highly recommend!

We bought our home just over a year ago and thought we should get the cleaned. We an with over the phone.I believe I spoke with; she was very kind, professional and personable. We had Allan for our appointment; he was also kind, professional, personable and efficient. Wow! He cleaned our dryer vent so easily and fast! Our now looks shiny and clean. Best customer service. We will be contacting them yearly for our and for our duct cleaning in the future.
