Absolutely The worst Freightliner parts dealer I’ve dealt ever . They sold me a water separator filter with original part number in an aftermarket box. A truck shop mechanic couldn’t insert a filter into the filter housing because the diameter was clearly larger than original part. Of course we compared both filters. Finally during our discussion with parts sales agent they rejected to refund money for their fake part that they sale. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest business practices. Great experience in Empire Truck Service department today, Justin took care of my truck and got me out in no time. Had issue with my truck building air, called early this morning, brought truck in and got out of the shop before 11am. Justin worked with me on the price, he found part at the price I looked for, highly recommended place.
