The guy at the desk confirmed me that i can send my driver over with so that he can do the diagnostics and hopefully fix our problem, but he said that he will be able to diagnose it tomorrow, after my driver checked in he told me that they decided to do the diagnostics immediately and i called them just to confirm that, but he sounded lice very angry and started swearing at me, and my driver as well and kicked him out with the truck that was in derate mode.
