I been Loyal customer to Empire dealerships since 2017. I Bought trucks, parts, and Got service done with most empire dealership. The guy in the service Department need to learn how to speak to customers on the phone I was going to bring my truck in For some minor Issues. When I call , (he said what you need) Its the way he said it what pissed me off! I'm going to 4 star freightliner! At Least they answered the phone more Professional.
Always honest and thorough. Let me know if any concerns.. Very honest. Will not take anywhere else for Freight-liner service. .
My motorhome (Freightliner chassis) started shutting down, losing power until it completely shut down. I could crank it and it would run for a few miles then shut down. Luckily I was within a few miles of Empire Truck sales which is a freightliner shop. I got there at lunchtime but within 45 minutes Emerson was working on the coach. He found a dirty air filter, a loose oil filter and fuel filter and it was two gallons low on engine coolant. He checked for engine codes and found an ECM update which he installed. DO NOT show up here as a woman and expect fair treatment! I requested a oil change and filter on my vehicle, and was quoted, "between $800-$1200! On a gasser! When I expressed the fact that I knew it was not that much money, I instantly received a dismissive attitude from the man in the office. I've been around long enough to instantly recognize this bias. I Do Not Recommend This Place at ALL! I went next door to Southern Tire Mart and paid $111.
