I cant say enough about this buisness and the people that work here..Dan was absolutely amazing at getting our freight liner fixed and back in the road..and at the best price ..We called several places and they beat them all ..Great communication and even called making sure everything waa running correctly..afterwards .I wont ever take our truck anywhere else..Thanks Dan for everything you did for us to get our truck back up and running..Yall was a life saver ..As a new buisness owner this meant the world to us..Thank you ag... read more
Everyone here is great and when I had a problem with a time crunch, they got me in and finished the job when they said it would be finished. I had a wiring harness put in and that is not an easy job but their tech was awesome. They did a great job and have great communication. Highly recommend this place.

I been Loyal customer to Empire dealerships since 2017. I Bought trucks, parts, and Got service done with most empire dealership. The guy in the service Department need to learn how to speak to customers on the phone I was going to bring my truck in For some minor Issues. When I call , (he said what you need) Its the way he said it what pissed me off! I'm going to 4 star freightliner! At Least they answered the phone more Professional.
Always honest and thorough. Let me know if any concerns.. Very honest. Will not take anywhere else for Freight-liner service. .
