Called Empire Tree to trim and raise the lower branches of my willow oak tree. The crew did a great job. Tree looks great! Crew did a nice job cleaning up as well. Thanks.
i’m sure you’re a great tree company, but whoever drives your work truck nearly took me and a motorcyclist off the road because he was too busy texting and driving- then consistently did under the speed limit due to talking on the phone. a text/call can wait, the reaper doesn’t.
They are knowledgeable, courteous and answered all my questions before the job was started. Their prices are very reasonable. They did an excellent clean job after removing all my trees and stumps…I would use this company again and they come highly recommended from me…..Elaine Kelley
Needed tree services for a bigger job. I called in and was greeted with a "hello?". When I asked if it was Empire Tree, she said "oh, yes." Then hung up. Benefit of the doubt, I called back a few minutes later. Went to voicemail, which was full. After multiple attempts to hire them for a larger job, I'm moving on to another company.
In my opinion, the price was extremely reasonable. They were quick (but not hasty) and efficient. They left my yard and driveway looking better than before they arrived! Thank you!
