Wolly and his team did a great job trimming two trees and removing one. Our experience from start to finish was professional and accommodating. Wolly was timely to our first meeting and provided a detailed quote. He was also present onsite during the entire project. His experienced team know what they are doing. They were even willing to make some additional adjustments with the tree trimming for us. They left our property clean and tidy. We would recommend Empire Tree Experts to anyone.
10 out of 10 is not a high enough a mark for this company and the team they have assembled. I would absolutely refer the Empire Tree Experts to ANYONE looking to have their yard cleared or cleaned up. Very fair pricing, a crew of 7 hard working guys and all the right equipment, they had our very large Magnolia tree down and 2 Palm trees trimmed in record time! Do yourself a favor, give them a call and ask for Wally!
Wally needs a raise! He is exactly what you want in an employee, extremely kind and helpful! Empires wasn’t the company for us, a bit out of our budget. But he was helpful in explaining what to look for in a tree service company.
Wally, Steven and their full crew did an amazing job on removing a very large tree from my next door neighbor. We watched as they swiftly and with precision tackled the tree removal. I will definitely contact this company for my tree needs in future. Neighbor said they were most reasonable of the companies they contacted and they were delighted with the service they received.
I am thoroughly satisfied and impressed with the service provided by Empire Tree Experts. The whole experience was positive from the initial contact and the follow up phone call the next day and I was pleased that they were able to squeeze me in after a cancellation. Wally was especially very professional and fair to deal with. Overall I would recommend them every day!
