I would give Empire Tree Experts 10 stars! Steven did my initial consultation and gave some great recommendations on which trees to keep and which needed to be removed. Our property was severely overgrown and he helped us stay within our budget. When we needed more work done, they scheduled us in a timely manner and were punctual. Excellent communication, customer service, and the cleanup was very thorough. We are very impressed by Steven, owner Matt, and the team. Nicest guys with excellent results!

What an amazing meeting with Wally! Super guy who was honest about not being the right company for our particular project. But before he left, he personally pulled down a giant vine that we were unable to do ourselves. Just for fun as he and my husband bantered about UF and Tenn footballl! I wish more than anything we could have used his crew and Empire! Very professional in appearance and demeanor!
I would not hesitate to give Empire Tree Experts a 5 star recommendation. I appreciated the responsiveness in obtaining a bid as well as the professionalism in completing the job. Wally listened to what we felt needed to be accomplished and made suggestions on how it could be done. They cleaned up as they went along and the finished product was a yard that looked fresh and like the trees had a new haircut!
