Quick and efficient. Stefaun was kind and very helpful, and provided me with much needed information.
Stefaun Harris provided excellent customer service. I brought in my RAV 4 because of a notice of a recall involving battery brackets. I had bought several new cars from Crystal Toyota, predecessor to Empire (including the RAV 4). A different service rep called while I waited and advised that there was some corrosion near the battery terminals. He wanted $60 to brush it out!
