Stefaun Harris is the representative that help me with my service maintenance yesterday. Stefaun is great and very knowledgeable. He answered all my concerns and questions. I will definitely go back to Empire Toyota for my service needs.

Stephan was very involved in the service of my car. He informed me about status of the problem of my car. It was frustrating that it takes too long to find the tires for my car, but Stephan found a car during the five days that the car was in the dealer. He was very efficient.

I would NOT recommend going here for your services. I had my oil change here and they forgot to put the oil cap back on. Oil spilled everywhere and I was driving without noticing until a few days later when I smelled oil from my engine. Opened the hood and saw the oil cap was missing and oil spilled everywhere on my engine. I called to have them rectify their mistakes and I was told to wait for two hours and they were many people in front of me. Not once did I get an apology or try to keep me as a customer.
