Tripp Sheldon came to my home. We discussed my issues. I chose a carpet. He provided me with a quote that I accepted. He made additional suggestions of support for my carpet issues. Then he left and never returned any of my text messages or followed through in any way. Perhaps your company may want to offer Tripp some additional training in customer service. I had my carpet installed by another company and replaced the carpet in the entire upstairs as well.
