Today is Oct. 12 and I'm still waiting for an installation that was not completed on September 6th. If they don't show up again today, it will be the 4th time they did not show up without any explanation/communication. I can't even contact someone to voice a complaint. Extreme frustration.
Waited a week for a estimate and nobody showed up. Nobody called, Nobody showed Very rude
Had appointment today for estimate on replacing my flooring. After taking the afternoon off work and waiting 3 hours I called and they said my appointment got messed up with another appointment and I got the no show This is no way to run a business. Luckily I know who they are before hiring them Don’t do business with them!
The company as a whole is misleading. They were suppose to come at 8 am showed up at 3 pm after the call from empire saying they would be here in 45 minutes. They agreed on a price and still charged me the original price. I spent 2 phone calls getting my money back that they should have handled to begin with. I had used them before but will no longer use this company for any flooring needs. My suggestion is to contact another flooring company for your flooring concerns you may have
