Be careful with the so called lifetime warranty. It does not include installation. We called and were notified of this. Although it was their negligence in the installation, they wanted to charge us $250 to come fix one sq. foot area.
DO NOT USE EMPIRE. I am a Disabled Veteran, & Empire should not be treating Veterans in this manner! ... On Tues, 11-29-22. Tech JASON was horribly UNPROFESSIONAL. We had a wonderful experience with Empire Today. From sales (B.J. Hopkins) to installation ( Ricardo Gonzalez) was absolute perfection. Mr. Hopkins arrived on time, very professional listened to what we wanted, and delivered. The installer Ricardo Gonzalez was VERY professional, arrived everyday right on time, and took pride in his work. DO NOT BUY CARPET FROM THIS COMPANY. I spent thousands on carpet which was I was told was good quality. The carpet is coming up all over the house and is NOT a berber loop carpet. A Empire rep came out, agreed there is a issue with the carpet, took samples from all over the house, and Empire is stating "the manufacturer is denying" there is a issue. While we haven’t made a decision whether to use them or not, upper management should know that the rep, O’Ryan, did a fantastic job. Punctual, informed, professional. No hard sell and kind to everyone in family he came across. Excellent employee.
