Such a bad experience with Empire Today. They came out last Wednesday 6/2; ripped out the flooring in our staircase...measured and did not have enough product. They left...haven't been back and no one will return our call. They also left the product in the middle of our living room. Time to hire someone to put in this floor. Terrible customer service. When calling the office ..no one cares!
Call somebody else. After the sale you can't talk to anyone. Sales guy doesn't call you back you have to leave a voice mail only to get a recorded message back.. What the h_ll is that? I hate to think this is what millennials consider customer service.
