I couldn’t get an estimate let alone a install, let me explain.I called Empire for an appointment and to get an estimate for a carpet install. I told them I wouldn’t be there that I would have one of the other owners there and they came out and refused to do the estimate and said that A decision-maker had to be there and that the office said if I wasn’t there they couldn’t do the estimate.
