This is parent company of Luna Flooring in Chicago Illinois. Worst carpeting experience! Sales person closed one room carpet deal for $704.00 on his tablet, no copy of contract left with us. Scheduled for Tuesday with instructions that the installer would call my cell phone prior to arrival. 4 installers show up at 8AM, with no call to my cell phone. My 83 year old mom saved 4 years to get a new floor and empire installed the wrong floor and left spots uneven, so NOT SAFE for an 83 year old. A manager came out and said they were going to replace it for her and now no one is calling her back or taking her calls, she has cried over how they are treating her. We’ve been trying to get this fixed for months. I think we’ll get a lawyer if Empire doesn’t respond soon Beware I would not recommend this company
