10/10/26: If i could leave ZERO stars i would - we were supposed to have our whole house done in LVP today (10/10/26) ... the installer called at 8:30 and said he'd be here at 9:30 .. awesome early start means early finish right? yeah if they would have shown up. I gave it a few hours and called customer service. they told me they had a window between 8am-6pm ... but the guy called and told me he'd be there in an hour? ok fine whatever. called again 2 hours later same thing.... and again for a 3rd time at this point it's 3pm... read more

Extremely Disappointing Experience — Save Yourself the Headache! I put down a deposit with Empire Today and waited TWO MONTHS for my carpet installation, only to receive an email the morning of the scheduled installation informing me that they were rescheduling. Not even a phone call! My family rearranged our entire schedule for this installation, and we had already moved furniture and prepared our home. Nathan, my in-home sales representative far exceeded any level of professionalism I could have imagined. Scheduling Empire was a breeze, and it would be awesome if my future installation date matches my excitement that I felt picking out my carpeting.

We have had the worst experience with this company. Stay far away! We had installation of carpet planned for weeks and appropriately moved all furniture and things for carpet install. On the day of scheduled install we were told they would arrive at a certain time. So I packed up my several young children and left the house. Hours later after many phone calls and three different lies and stories, we were told we were not getting carpet that day and we would get $200 off our order.
