We had a great experience with Empire. Our salesman Tom was patient and knowledgeable, and our floors were installed 4 days later. We had our sunroom, laundry room, stairs, bedrooms and hallway all replaced. Two teams came out in two days and certainly knew what they were doing. Also did great at cleaning up. The stairs especially came out exactly the way we wanted them. Great job.

Nathan was very informative, charismatic, and a straight shooter. He was polite and made recommendations when he was asked for input. This was an overall wonderful experience. He took the time to find the right product for is. I can't wait for the final product!!!

I decided to finish the wood plank threshold after they did the tile side. They didn't bring the tile side out half way and then they put the metal piece down as though it were done, which I thought was down right mean because I now had to pull it back up. Then I finished both the tile and the plank sides myself and put new metal down. Was so much more hassle than it should have been. Also, they were supposed to take the carpet off of the side of the tub and didn't, so they also didn't trim in front of the tub. They did the ... read more
