I just had an Empire Carpet sales consultation with Tom. I really appreciated his attention to detail regarding what I wanted for my carpet replacement project. Tom was very professional and capably took me thru the entire sales process including review of product selections, recommendations based on my specific wants, and installation process. I will definitely use Tom’s services in the future.
Ed Johnson came on time to his appointment today. All around great experience from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, honest, and helped us find the perfect carpet without any pressure. Highly recommend!
Edit Review: The company posted below to contact them. Let me say that I called for HOURS to talk to someone. The only person to get back to me was a sales manager in North Carolina. I’m in Pennsylvania. They’re ignore my calls and emails, so their attempt below to be “helpful,” is utter nonsense. Do not go with this company. I had a sales rep come, quote my floors the first week of March. I put a deposit down, and set up an install date for my basement. *** May 13,.2026 *** Oh they made it to install the 1 room. However, again the carpet was too short for walkin closet so they couldn't finish the job. Don't understand that since the closet is in the middle of the 1 wall & bumps out to the actual room size. Diagram showed full rectangle in measurements. It's within the rectangle. So supposed to come back tomorrow, 6th appointment for 1 room, ugh.
