I needed to ship a rug I had purchased elsewhere to my daughter in college. I wrapped it up and took it to FedEx where they informed me that I would need to get much heavier duty wrapping in order for it to survive the shipping process. They told me to go to the rug store around the corner and see if they could help me. There were 2 rug stores around the corner and I wasn't sure which one they were referring to so I just picked one. My job was finally completed, due to weather issues. The contractor in charge, in my opinion, did a good job. I'm very disappointed and don't understand why my sell representative, Mr. Caldwell did not answer his phone nor returned my calls when I needed his help. A customer need a contact person and if its not the sales representative, then make that known to the customer. Also, no one from Empire reached out at the end of the job to me for my satisfaction. I don't think I'll use Empire Flooring again.

They send follow up emails/text/even robo call you everyday till the Appointment time comes. Then it's no call no show....
