Knowledge of product, no pressure, value for the $$
While the salesperson, installers, and timeliness of the floors being done was fantastic the customer service following was a disappointment. We paid for an extended warranty that is supposed to to cover: Accidental rips or tears Accidental scratches, dents, dings, or gouges Accidental buckling or warping. We had a few scratches less than 2 weeks after installation and our claim was denied.
We had empire today install our flooring on our first floor of our house in 2021. The experience started off great with a very quick installation, finished in about half a day and it looked great. After that, it just all went downhill. Within a year, they had to send somebody out to repair a spot of our flooring between our dining room and kitchen that was peeling off at the joints.
