Charles Caldwell and Trashun Shaw were friendly and knowledgeable of all of the products. We were not quite sure if we wanted to go with Laminate or vinyl but after speaking with them and going over differences and use of the floor we were ready to choose. We did not feel rushed to make a decision. They showed complete professionalism. We had talked with 50 floor and USA flooring but chose Empire because of their presentation.
