Charles came out today to help us get ready for a project, he was professional, knowledgeable, gave us great options and we are all set for install. Update: today is the 3rd time we've had Charles out as we work our way through renovating our home- measured, contracted, signed and paid in a half hour. Super grateful for his speedy professionalism!
