My job was finally completed, due to weather issues. The contractor in charge, in my opinion, did a good job. I'm very disappointed and don't understand why my sell representative, Mr. Caldwell did not answer his phone nor returned my calls when I needed his help. A customer need a contact person and if its not the sales representative, then make that known to the customer. Also, no one from Empire reached out at the end of the job to me for my satisfaction. I don't think I'll use Empire Flooring again.
