Please see Glenda Downs review last 2 months ago. Same thing happened to me. Installers are great! But the sales process is ridiculous! Advertisement 50% off. But there was no Discount. Sales agent assured me if I pay it within the year there will be 0% interest then just to find out they signed me up to a credit card with 35.99% APR! Called Customer Service and ofcourse they can't do anything about it. By the way, I'm still waiting for my contract paperwork please send it to me.
The whole experience from Empire was great! The team that installed went above and beyond to level the floor and make sure everything turned out awesome! Highly recommend Shawn and his crew!!
I bought my kitchen LVP floor from Empire in the Seattle area and they installed it in 2018. In late 2024, I suffered some water damage and Empire was unwilling to do the repair. Only option was to buy full floor. Furthermore, when I first called them they said they no longer had access to my flooring... therefore can't do the repair. After one quick phone call I was able to obtain the exact flooring from the manufacturer.
Empire Today's installation is verry professional and staff is very friendly. My wife and I are 100% satisfied. Thank you for Kevin True.
We were able to get carpet installed within a week of ordering. We accidentally chose the wrong color when we ordered (my mistake) but Kevin was very responsive and helped us swap for the right color without delaying the install date. Thankfully the installers doubled checked the color with us before proceeding to install. I would use Empire again for carpet.
