On time, quick and quiet
Run there installation sucks and they don’t warranty their work I have huge wrinkles all over my carpet I have to pay someone to come out and fix it because empire doesn’t back up there work and it’s not cheap either so save your money and frustration go someplace were they guarantee there work..

Elizabeth was patient and accommodating. She was able to provide me with "MANY" swatches to choose from, with answers to all of the questions. I appreciated her professional prowess and her mature nature. Empire was my second bid vs. Costco. Not only did she beat Costco's price, but I also received better products, better service, and a better vibe, and certainly NO ego (We're putting lots of people out of business).
