My husband and I are just in the beginning of our floor replacement journey. Our first appointment for a quote was with Empire. Judy Namet arrived on time and thoroughly prepared. She showed us our options and left us alone to study all of them answering questions promptly and thoroughly. She went straight to work taking all measurements and asking appropriate questions about closets and bedrooms. We appreciate her time, efficiency, and professionalism.
Greg Sperte was very informative and answered so many questions and concerns. Very knowledgeable on products. Definitely took his time and was extremely professional.
