We had the worst experience with this company. They did not communicate well during our home selling process. We always had to reach out to they to find out status or next steps during the process. They kept telling us different dates or had to talk/call someone else to find out. They held back money from our deposit and were very rude about it. They were so professional, and on top of their game. We had to sign closing docs with a mobile notary, and they were kind enough to meet in the parking lot of my husbands work place! We had a few hiccups due to the sellers realtor being obnoxious, and the title company made it a smooth experience anyway. We will happily use them for all future purchases!

I'm very disappointed with this title company. During my signing, I found that many of the numbers were incorrect. I waited while they made corrections. Corrections were made and I signed. I was then charged an additional fee after the fact! I had already signed and they changed my HUD! They never reimbursed my fee. And they also deleted my original post. Will never never use Empire West again.
