This office and staff are amazing ! The girls are hard workers and go above and beyond for their clients. Lori the branch manager has so many yrs of experience and is extremely knowledgeable. The only Empire Branch i go to.
The unresponsiveness and unprofessional responses of this company is criminal. We sold our house using this company, and they straight up lied to us about the time frame in which we would receive payment. Our house as been sold and the new owners are now occupying the property, and we are still waiting on payment of the sell. After speaking to them they said they decided to mail a check to our mortgage company instead of wiring the money, without any good reason for doing so.
