We held two event this year with Empire. The second of which was a college graduation party in our yard with 90 guests. Owners are extremely easy to work with, equipment was installed timely and in good shape. Waitstaff, simply top notch, everywhere we needed them to be, professional, friendly and incredibly accommodating. Would not hesitate to use this team again.
