The entire team, from ownership to the delivery and pickup guys were outstanding. Really good people, legitimately care about their business. I was missing a foot for the bottom of a small high top table and it was July 4th weekend. At first I asked them if they could fix it, but then I thought I could probably just do something myself to save them the trip. 100% Satisfaction. For our wedding, Empire Tent Rental & Event Planning provided us with dinnerware, kitchen tools including a warming station and oven, as well as a cook tent and lighting for our caterers. All agreed upon equipment arrived on time and in good condition. Many thanks to Roman for providing clear and professional communication with us throughout the entire process. Empire was very flexible with our requests and was thoughtful enough to remind us of other important items we might need.
Most affordable option for chairs and we loved the quality of them and the service as well. Highly recommend!

We just had a graduation ceremony for our daughter Brianna… It was a last minute planning and Roman was there to make sure that we had everything all set. We weren’t expecting them to have Anything available but they pull through for us. Their team showed up a few days before the party and put together a unbelievable set up for us with tents, chairs, and buffet tables.
