Called empire after having an awful experience with another company they came out right away and had the problem fixed within a couple of hours. Mack is a great and honest individual. All I have to say is this Company has the best service and skill I ever experienced. Seriously this dude had my hi tech heating system running super fast and didn’t rip me off. I installed it myself and messes up the wiring which only a real pro could have figured out. Empire are good people.

He called Empire Tech after no success getting our boiler repaired properly. Mack returned our call and scheduled a service call within the day. I felt confident as we spoke and he was very positive. He and his helper arrived as agreed and serviced our 24 year old State oil boiler with no effort at all. Empires rates were competitive and fair. He accepted a chech which others wanted cash. I now found my Heating & Air Cinditioning company.

I came up from Jersey to our vacation home in Gouldsboro anticipating a nice warm home for my visiting inlaws but it wasn't happening.
