The staff put my order on a plate before paying. The problem was the plate was very dirty. Dirty in the sense that full of sauce from different types of sushi from previous customers. The staff might lazy to wash the plate and keep recycling it.

This was my first visit to Empire Sushi. I will skip the pleasantries and go straight to the experience, as there was unfortunately nothing positive to balance it out. We ordered 9 items in total. The salmon maki stood out, though not in a good way. The seaweed wrap was soggy and surprisingly tough to bite, which strongly suggested it was not freshly made. Last time I dine here, our order got mixed up with other people's order, which made our order really long. There is an extremely low cooperation between the staffs, which is one of the causes of the order mix-up. I also don't like the way the staffs have to speak with their masks on, I can't hear a single word. Especially with the music blasting really loudly.
