Saya dapat food poisoning from this place, and the treatment wasn't nice juga. Staff lelaki dia macam malas malas nak layan saya, and staff perempuan dia kat cashier bercakap with a very rude tone even if saya cakap baik baik. First time saya kena food poisoning from Empire Sushi, dah pernah pergi banyak branch. My friend also sakit perut lepas makan.
Nicole Lim, may I ask if all those staff at this branch are just for decoration? At every other branch I’ve visited, one staff member serves one customer. But at the Paradigm Mall PJ branch, everyone seemed to be waiting for the same customer to be finished before anyone acknowledged me. The rest of the staff acted as if I was invisible. What exactly were they doing? Watching customers be ignored? The way your staff pretend customers don’t exist is really quite “impressive.”
