I went to get a takeaway today. I noticed flies buzzing around the first display case while buying food, which left me speechless. When I went to the second case to order, I saw two more flies buzzing inside. I pointed this out to the staff member, but they feigned ignorance; meanwhile, another staff member was busy playing on their phone. It seems food hygiene isn't a priority there.
Very bad experience during my last purchase at Empire Sushi JB City Square. The Malay girl at the cashier had such a bad attitude and served customers like she was doing us a huge favour. From my point of view, I normally enjoy Empire Sushi, but my experience at the Johor Bahru City Square outlet was disappointing. First of all… what year was this mochi made?! 😭😂 It was SO HARD. Mochi is supposed to be soft and chewy, but this one felt like it had been sitting there waiting for me since last year.
