Was a negative experience for my first try. Arriving at 12, hoping a wide variety for selection, but ended disappointment. Not much choices. 3 crew members looks busy preparing Sushi, understandable looks understaffed, but totally neglecting the front counter, even there's 2 customers standing waiting. While during payment, not answering whether there's charges for chopsticks when requesting. While it's good at least to see the dining areas were clean and tidy. Several customers were left standing in line for several minutes without being attended to because the staff were busy making sushi. When I paid, I asked for chopsticks but they were not provided. There were also no containers available for soy sauce. The service was very poor, and the overall dining experience was disappointing.
