I had call for an appt to see a workers comp doctor, a woman by the name of Rosanna answer the phone, she said there are 12 doctors and she cannot book an appt without know what is the name of the doctor i need to see. I am the patient and I am looking for a doctor; since she knew 12 doctors at that building, she should be able to help me, but instead she was rude and hangs up the phone on me. I do hope management can read my concern and address it.
