First day. We did high intensity yoga class. I continued with an upper body workout and my daughter got to use the kids workout area. Great experience so far

I had a couple hours to kill while my husband was at the I-Pull across the road, so I checked out Empire. I'm so glad I did! Owner Scotty greeted me at the "visitors" door, gave me a quick tour and some helpful pointers, then let me get on with it. The equipment was clean and well maintained, the changing room was nice, the aerobic and weight-training areas were well-equipped with a variety of options. I had a very positive experience and will make Empire a required stop on every trip to I.F. All the stars.

We love Empire!!!!! They are super family friendly and genuinely care about everyone. They have a unique concept and it's such a fun gym. The kids' area is great for those littles as you workout.
