I've died and gone to heaven. If they'd allow it, I'd just set up a cot in the corner and live here. They have so much equipment, so many options to choose from. I just love it. And it is a pleasure to be around other like-minded serious patrons. I love how the owners have put this place together and where their priorities are. And to be honest, I'm a bit jealous. Cause I wish I could own a gym just like this. But that aside, this place is wonderful and I highly recommend it.

I’ve been a member at Empire Strength & Fitness for a little over a year, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. My wife joined in March and has been working with one of the personal trainers, and it’s been a great fit for her. The trainers are knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping people reach their goals, no matter their fitness level. I liked this gym, i did but the vibe felt a bit off. Maybe it’s because I’m from out of town, but the environment of the gym didn’t match the intensity and mindset that was advertised. You walk in and it’s a very old school vibe, pictures of weight lifters, strongmen and bodybuilders, all the flashy and somewhat cliche sayings on the wall, the flags, the “tough gym” decor.. yet there was soft pop playing on the radio, and it was WEIRDLY quiet in the lifting area even though it was semi busy. Great gym. I don’t feel comfortable bringing my kids, though. They like to play music that’s full of profanity, which isn’t something I like hearing myself, let alone having my kids listen to.
