We visited Idaho falls for 2 weeks and this gym is easily the best in town. We tried Golds gym and it wasn’t even close to Empire strength
Best Gym I've been to. Nearly every strongman implement you could want. Powerlifting, bodybuilding, CrossFit, Hyrox, this gym has it all. We drive 6 hrs just to go here a few times a year.
Best gym in all of Idaho Falls hands down. 10/10 can’t complain one bit. They have everything you need to succeed and the staff is even better.
Ive been going to this gym for over two years now. They do an amazing job at introducing new machines and expanding. The best part is that there is no contract, so no hidden fees or cancelations requirements.
