Rick and his team are the absolute best trainers. They made it so my quickly maturing puppy was manageable and friendly.
I don't recommend you going here for a pet or whatever after my experience.
Both my Golden’s have been through Ricks training program. I cannot stress enough the importance of the commands he trains. We have a level of recall (even from a bear) that we never had before. We enjoy hiking now with our dogs off leash and we know how to keep them safe. Rick’s training is 100% worth the investment. He is also communicative after the training sessions to ensure follow through with the program!
Rick’s training is some of the best money I have ever spent. Our dog had separation anxiety, incessant alarm barking at absolutely everything and general anxiety to the point that it was always a struggle to take him outside to go to the bathroom. We boarded our dog with Rick for a boot camp and then worked with him for several sessions so we could learn how to reinforce our dog’s training and the difference has been life changing. We highly recommend Empire State K9 Services. I can’t say enough about Rick and his team. Our 4 year old Mini Australian Shepherd Blue Merle, became highly reactive and aggressive in the last year. She wouldn’t listen to commands, she ripped her beds and resource guard just about everything. After spending 4 weeks with Rick and his team, our fur baby Julie, improved her behavior tremendously. Moving forward, we have high hopes that she will continue to learn from her training and improve right along with us.
