Enjoyed dropping in on my brief visit from out of town. Michael was very welcoming and ran a solid class with good energy. Good community of people - would recommend for anyone looking for a gym in the area, or looking to drop-in on a visit.
I was totally new to CrossFit when I joined Empire State CrossFit over a year ago, and it ended up being such a great experience. The training was a blast, and the coaches were awesome. Highly recommend if you want a fun and supportive place to train!
