The Empire State Building feels like a tall storyteller rising above New York City. From the moment you enter the lobby, the Art Deco style wraps around you like a memory from another era. The elevator ride to the top is quick, but the excitement builds with every passing floor. When the doors open at the 86th-floor observatory, the city stretches out like a glowing map. Visiting the Empire State Building wasn't just to admire the spectacular view, it was to spend time in a building that I had saw and admired in so many of my favourite movies. I loved every minute. We visited before dusk and saw New York light up, I got fantastic photos and have amazing memories of the iconic building and surrounding areas.
