I have to say it was very, very clean and efficient. By far, the best outpatient experience I ever had and I’m telling you this I was impatient 10 times last year and outpatient at least the same if not more than many other doctors visits everything about Dr. Vladdas is 100% perfect. He is a gentleman And a very, very good doctor. Just by watching his staff work around him, and even when a new staff member was in place for the procedure. What a professional and efficient medical and surgical facility. From the receptionists, medical assistants, nurses, and my AMAZING Dr. Tom Haller., I felt that I was in the BEST of hands. This was my second cataract procedure and if I ever need another procedure on any body part, I would feel fully confident and secure in coming back to EMPIRE. God Bless and Keep this entire staff!!
Had a good experience here yesterday, the medical staff was great and the transportation pre and post procedure really helped. The staff even came to check on me when I was discharged and I was awaiting transportation pickup I wish I could remember the nurses name but unfortunately I was very delirious from the procedure! She was very kind!
Long wait inside, nurses were very nice, Dr. Varma is a good doctor! Receptionist Yilani was rude for no reason. I went with my mom and asked her a simple question and she was rude twice!
I had Surgery at this place on my knee, they were amazing. Nice and clean facility. I wish I can remember their names but the nurses and staff were so sweet and nice to me I wish I can thank them all. Stephanie was one person I do remember she was nice to me and thank you to my main nurse I wish I could remember her name. She put me at ease being that it was my first ever surgery.
